Crumbling machine makes breadcrumbs easily up to 175lbs/hr. Provides high performance and easy maintenance. Fully constructed of stainless steel, and suitable for a wide range of applications including breading chicken, veal, pork & beef schnitzels, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, crumbled cheese sticks & much more. Crumbling machine can easily apply to different types of breading to food that has already been battered.
The roller presses the food, and the blower helps reducing extra bread on the cover. Increasing the life of oil by 10% and usage of breading reduces up to 40%. The crumbling machine is perfect for any large food production industries that are seeking worker stress reduction, time-saving, and safety.
The product is evenly coated with breadcrumbs or snowflakes that flow down the hopper and covered by the mesh.
The unique circulation system reduces the breakage of bread bran or snowflake bran.
